Research On The Construction Of Community Culture In The Era Of “Internet Plus”

The Report of the 19th National Congress of CPC noted that“Culture is the soul of a nation.The prosperity and powerfulness of culture is equal to that of a nation.The great rejuvenation of our Chinese nation will never happen without thriving culture." At the new stage of development in the new century of socialism with Chinese characteristics,cultural construction is highly valued by the party and the country,providing a series of theoretical support and guidance for the reform of cultural system and the development of cultural undertakings.With the rapid development of the economy,people's living standards have increased,together with the ideological and moral quality as well as the demand for community culture construction."Internet +" combines network technologies such as the big data,cloud computing and Internet of things,and depends on the information network platform,network terminal tools and means of social media,providing new thoughts and opportunities for community culture construction.Based on the research of "Internet +" era community culture construction,this paper tries to define the concept of "Internet +" community culture construction according to relevant research overviews.Focusing on the cultural outlook of Marxism and Dialectical Materialism as well as Chinese socialist cultural thoughts in the new era by Xi Jinping,and studying relevant theoretical researches,the paper constructs the theory analysis framework of a commumity culture construction in "Internet +" age from the construction of material culture,behaviour culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture.The paper makes a conclusion about the effects and features in the era of "Internet +" through the case study of Bei Xiaguan street community in Beijing,the first batch of research pilots of national public digital cultural construction.Specifically the contents are strengthening the Internet information platform construction to innovate the new platform of material cultural construction;enriching community cultural activities to form a new climate of behavior culture;carrying out activities of "Hundreds of Rostrums in the Hutong" to build a new brand of spiritual culture;conducting researches on the construction of public digital culture in the community to realize the new goal of community culture construction.The problems and difficulties faced by the construction of information community culture are found and analyzed such as the lack of hardware and software facilities of "Internet +" community culture construction;insufficient investment in cultural development fund of informatization community;the lack of awareness for community residents using Internet;the short of development and utilization of diversified social network means;the imbalance of the community cultural activities participants;the shortage of professional and cultural talents in the community.Then the author proposes a series of targeted suggestions such as the overall planning of community cultural construction in the times of "Internet +".Besides,it shows the people-oriented community culture core based on human beings.We will increase infrastructure construction and investment in the information community and actively build a diversified Internet community cultural construction platform.What's more,the positivity of community residents by the diversified information network platform should be improved,the cultural resources of community brand should be explored and promoted through information network platform,constant efforts should be made in improving rules and regulations in the work of community culture,and talents building should be accelerated.This paper helps to provide reference for further speeding up community cultural construction in the " Internet +" age,thus is of great importance to enhance the cultural self-confidence,form a cultural cohesion,and realize the great rejuvenation and cultural prosperity of the Chinese nation.
