Desciption Of Female's Living Conditions In Zhang Xinxin's Early Novels

As one of the most remarkable contemporary female writer,Zhang Xinxin is well-known for her unique writing style.Her works show unique ingenuity and are characterized with originality.Since the 1980s,she has aroused the readers'great concern and shocked them for her outstanding talent in writing.what's more,her keen insight and original creation left a deep impression on the contemporary literary world.As we all know,Zhang Xinxin spent most of her teen years at a time when China was going through its Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution,which brought miserable memory for the young people at that time.However,Zhang Xinxin didn't absorb herself in the sadness and pains that the great campaign left on her.She tried her best to express her concerns for those well-educated women through exploring their survival condition,pursuit of individuality and realization of self-worth in her writings.Therefore,her earlier works are full of breath of that time.this paper first chapter Introduction,presents the research background and its significance,updates on the research and contents.This article mainly talked about her works in the early stage of production.It was divided into three chapters.each chapter thoroughly explored her thinking's about female characters in her works,which showed the great sufferings that women have to face,at the same time,also tried to find out the significance of her works in the early stage.The second chapter mainly focused on analyzing the survival conditions of well-educated female,including the disagreement between their marriage and career,conflicts between their ideal and reality,and the conexistence of their loneliness with powerful inner strength.By depicting these conflicting relationship,it intends to display various contradictions women have to suffer physically and mentally.The third chapter chiefly talked about the subjective and objective reasons why female characters in her writings suffered so much anxiety,from their own reasons as well as time and environmental factors.The four chapter basically revealed significance of her early works and illustrated the great contribution Zhang Xinxin have made to Chinese female literature.In the meanwhile,in order to highlight the unique value of her novels in the early stage,it also made a simple comparison between her early works and those of her contemporary writers,such as Zhang jie and Zhang Kangkang.
