The globalization of higher education and the increasingly frequent globalization of transnational communication,need individual has the ability of understanding of different cultures,cross-cultural adaptation and cross-cultural communication.People's understanding and perception of animals is a common problem in cross-cultural communication,but the study of connotation of cultural animal words in different countries and regions involve less animal words,few countries,lack of cross-cultural understanding and educational resources.In order to achieve the developing and sharing of cross-cultural educational resources,to help individuals form certain international perspective and international awareness,to reduce the bias,misunderstanding and conflict of cross-cultural communication.This paper reserch build the educational resource library about the understanding of cross-cultural animal words,and lay a solid foundation for the future construction of cross-cultural common sense platform.From the perspective of educational technology discipline,this paper serve the cross-cultural understanding of animal words as the cross-cultural educational resource,and constructs the cross-cultural educational resource based on the process of resource design,resource collection,resource storage,resource utilization,resource management and resource evaluation.1.Basing on the understanding of cultural animal word,this paper constructs the theoretical model of cross-cultural animal words as the goal of resource acquisition,that is one of the difficulties of this study.From "understanding"-"interpretation" Cognitive process,this model builds a complete learning process knowing what and why that is exactly the solution to the problem for the learners,it has certain educational significance;2.Desiging the process of collection of resources by reading the literature,issuing questionnaires and conducting interviews,this paper use the three to collect resources,that is the study's heavy difficulties.A total of 83 valid questionnaires were collected,38 countries and 72 animals were surveyed,this paper did the survey of the overseas students from the school of International Education in Tianjin University,13 students from different countries among them were carried out in-depth interviews,there're 5 pre-med Students,1 undergraduate Student,5 graduate students and 2 doctoral students,so that to find the factors that influencing the cross-cultural understanding of animal words,and classify resources basing on the different constraints;3.Under the theory guidance of constructivism and learning community,this study store the materials of cross-cultural understanding about the animal words to the database,construct the corresponding display site and form the educational resource library of cross-cultural understanding.The site achieve the classification of cultural animal words,search of cultural animal words and multi-level association function,the website achieve the content management,the user can understand the cultural animal words of different countries so as to communicatin with each other,to achieve cross-cultural knowledge,and evaluate the satisfaction and educational significance of the resource library.
