Now is the twenty-first century,with our country further accelerates the reform and opening up to the outside,we have more interaction with the world.More and more people are eagerly hope they can use English to communicate with the outside world,exchange information with each other,for business negotiations,cultural exchanges and so on.Plays a key role in the development of our country's socio-economic processes as a means of communication,The importance of spoken English is gradually becoming apparent.However,contrary to it is that students in the study and life,For a long time,our English teaching has been weak in foreign language teaching.Although the students' reading level is improved,but many students' oral English and listening very little growth,listen to not understand,expression is not clear.we often say it is "dumb English".This problem is widespread.At present,many colleges and universities are trying to find ways to improve the level of oral English.Therefore,how to improve the oral English ability of college students and how to actually use the level of English is paid more attention by the society.At the same time,it becomes a problem that needs to be dealt with in college English teaching.It will provide the foundation and guarantee for the promotion of spoken English.This article uses SPSS to survey the students of Harbin Normal University in the form of questionnaires.This paper mainly bases on the problems and the present situation of college students in the course of learning spoken English.In the 196 valid data,according to the respondents in the process of learning,the teaching environment of English is very important to the students' oral study and it is positively related to the degree of mastery of spoken English.Also,along with the advance of humanistic psychology,there are also personal factors in education,such as learning motivation,learning attitude,personal character,and so on.They get more and more attention.For the effects of learning,personal emotional emotions have a critical impact.Therefore,the students' personal factors are involved in the level of oral communication in college English teaching,which is the emotional factor.after analyzing the influence of emotional influence and environment on the communication ability of college students,the author also puts forward some suggestions on the specific problems in the current oral teaching process.Such as the core of the college students' oral English ability raise the question is how to constantly stimulate students' interest in English,The improvement of oral communication in college students not only strengthens the output,but also values the input and so on.
