Study On The Influence Of Risk Decision Makers' Personalities,Interpersonal Trust And Emotion On Betrayal Aversion

With the decrease of trust between people,more and more persons begin to focus on how to avoid being harmed from others' dishonest behaviors.Most researches and theories of the classical risk decision-making are concentrated on the influence from the surrounding,but ignore the individual influence.So that,this research will add personal effects in the experiment,using trust game paradigm and questionnaire as tools.Experiment one will discuss whether the personal characteristic under different risk resources would affect the betrayal aversion.Experiment two will discuss whether the interpersonal trust level under different risk resources would affect the betrayal aversion.Experiment three will discuss whether the moods under different risk resources would affect the betrayal aversion.Conclusions as follows:(1)In both the objective risk and the artificial risk,individual's extroversion and openness are the primary effective factors of their behaviors,agreeableness is the second effective factor,neuroticism and conscientious are the weakest effective factors.(2)Under human risk situation,people who have similar extroversion(openness)have bigger minimum acceptable probability P than in the objective risk situation,that is to say,they are rather to accept the objective risk than accepting the human risk;it means people always have betrayal aversion,and those who have lower extroversion(openness)are more easily be affected by the risk resources.(3)Under human risk situation,people who have similar interpersonal trust level have bigger minimum acceptable probability P than in the objective risk situation,that is to say,they are rather to accept the objective risk than accepting the human risk;it means people always have betrayal aversion,and those who have lower interpersonal trust level are more easily be affected by the risk resources.(4)Under human risk situation,people who have the same mood have bigger minimum acceptable probability P than in the objective risk situation,that is to say,they are rather to accept the objective risk than accepting the human risk;it means people always have betrayal aversion,and those who are in negative mood are more easily be affected by the risk resources.(5)Extraversion and openness have significant intermediary effect between emotion and riskdecision making,which means mood will affect people's decision-making through their extroversion and openness.What's more,the interpersonal trust level also have significant intermediary effect between emotion and risk decision making;and interpersonal trust level also have significant intermediary effect between extraversion(openness)and risk decision making.
