Risk Situations Of Individual Acts Of Trust In A Number Of Decision-making And The Impact Of Return

Research on trust has been paid great attention by scholars. As a result of the similarity exists between trust and risk. Under risk situation, to study the returning action and confidence in decision-making has becoming an effective way to explore the cooperation in decision-making and action. This also becomes the hot element that is researched in various subjects and fields at home and abroad. In this article, the author researched the factors of confidence in decision-making and returning action which exist in risk situations.This research consists of two parts tests. The discussion based on the relationship between trust and risk, which makes a brief review on the definition of the concept of the trust, the content of research and the theory. In the first part of experiment, the author attempt to study the influence of choice behavior on risk control strategies. From the three aspects: relationship, contract and trust receipts, to analyze the influence of determine of individual trust and choice behavior. And then, in the second part of the research, the author gives a brief introduction on reciprocation action and research progress at present. Through the test, to analyze the values in individual and the influence which resource endowment gives out returning action and confidence-judgment. The result shows that: (1) Confidence-building acts of individual choice and individuals on the need to trust the credibility of parties, which was a significant negative relationship. (2)The author does initial examinations of theoretical model of trust in risk decision-making under risk in individual cases. Trust receipts and relationship could significantly promote the trust of individual action; compact has a little affection in the return of confidence-building of behavior. (3)Contract and the relationship are two risk control strategies, which have certain affection on confidence in decision-making behavior by test and cognitive trust. Compact type has little significant impact on credibility need to be trusted. The different relationship has significant difference on credibility need to be trusted. Compact type and relationship has little significant impact on credibility need to be trusted with each other. (4)Different resource endowments of the test under the condition of the number of return, which significant difference exist between returning rates and confidence-judgment. (5) Different values of the test have significant difference on returns amounts, but without significant difference on comparison of the level of individual trust.
