A Sociological Analysis On The Development Of Huanggang Square Dance In Huangzhou Under The Background Of National Fitness

Under the social background of the national fitness campaign,square dance has become one of the most popular fitness sports,square dance sport development is conducive to ease the aging of the population problem,promote social harmony and stability.This research uses the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method and mathematical statistics method,using the theory of sociology to Huangzhou square dance development present situation carries onthe analysis,the following conclusions:(1)Square dance participants are mainly women,aged between 41-70,low income and no occupation,more retired people,some of the team is charged.The way of learning is single,the content is diverse,half of the people participated in the competition and performance.(2)Square dance social sports workers are mainly dance instructor and social sports instructors,women more than men,between the ages of 50-60s,middle-income,guide the fixed number of year.Learning style is mainly based on self-learning,less involved in training,the management of the team loose,no order.(3)At present,there is no clear development of Huangzhou square dance conventions or laws and regulations,square dance brand development is less affected.(4)Association management service staff is a part-time job,a single source of funding,management personnel lack of practical experience,the ability to analyze and solve problems.(5)The square dance,lack of sports playgrounds and facilities,imperfect,improper exercise time,the shortage of the site.Square dance nuisance problems,cults and other issues still need to be resolved.Suggestions are as follows:increase the government and relevant departments of internal integration efforts;To strengthen the construction of square dance workers;Promote the reform of social sports organizations;To strengthen the construction of facilities;Improve the local legal policy;the establishment of sports injury insurance system;Vigorously develop !"Intenet + Square dance";Perfect square dance competition system;Establish and perfect the square dance movement volunteer service system etc.
