This paper will focus on the square dance as the main body of research,by means of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the basic situation of square dance practitioner and practice,calculates the indexes such as heart rate and blood oxygen saturation in square dance exercises,analyzes the intensity of square dance movement,and correctly realizes the intensity of movement of square dance,So as to explain the value of square dance fitness.The purpose of this paper is to study the intensity of the square dance and the value of fitness,understand the intensity of the square dance,so as to formulate a reasonable exercise prescription,to achieve the fitness effect of square dance,at the same time,to create more suitable for the public fitness of the square dance routines,expand the square dance practice of the scope and age level,Promote the popularization and popularization of square dance,make square dance practice become more scientific,provide theoretical basis for the fitness value of square dance.At the same time,through the square dance research,promote the square dance science rationalization development,is advantageous to responds to "The Healthy China 2030 Plan" and "the National Fitness Plan",enhances the national physique and the health level,promotes the populace fitness culture the development,stimulates the national fitness vigor,promotes the healthy China construction.Through the investigation and experiment,this paper concludes the following conclusions:1.Square dance practitioners are mostly middle-aged and elderly women,long-term contact with square dance practice,to practice 5-7 times a week,an average of 1-1 5 hours,the majority of trainees occasionally participate in large amount of physical activity,the choice of training routines by music,movement difficulties and other factors.2.The square dance has the psychological influence to the training practitioner,although the emotional impact is not very large,but still effective changes,and the square dance for the practice of the mental state and satisfaction of the impact of a very significant difference,to improve the mental state,enhance the satisfaction of a good role.3.From the degree of heart rate,subjects to the square dance RPE rating,the change of blood oxygen saturation and heart recovery rate,"stand in the Prairie Hope Beijing" and "small Apple" two sets of square dance sports intensity to young people and middle-aged people belong to moderate intensity movement,to the elderly group belong to moderate big intensity movement,Some of them belong to the big intensity movement,suitable for the middle-aged and the elderly practice.4.Square dances belong to aerobic exercise,for young people,the intensity of exercise is relatively small,moderate exercise intensity of the elderly,long-term practice is conducive to improving the body,Tong Li joints,Shu tendons,improve human metabolic capacity,promote body oxygen circulation,enhance myocardial function,improve heart and lung function,promote blood circulation,improve the physical fitness of trainees,relieve the pressure,improve the mood,relax the body and mind,improve the satisfaction,improve the happiness index.5.The sports intensity of the square dance has little influence on the fitness value of the young people,and it is a good sport for the middle-aged and the elderly,the obese,the diabetics,the hypertensive patients,the poor renal function and the mental illness.
