The Rhetorical Elements And Textual Interpretation Of Liu Cixin’s "Three-Body"

Based on the theory of three levels of rhetoric in its broden sense from Tan Xuechun,this paper chooses three sets of rhetorical elements in the "three body"-metaphorical symbols,time-space symbols and identity symbols as the research object to analysis the narrative text of "three body".At the level of rhetoric skills,the microcosmic study of "three-body" is carried out through the analysis of rhetoric using:Metaphor is the use of rhetorical reconstruction,imitation and contrast rhetoric,and its rhetorical information is deconstructing the hegemonic position of the civil society of the earth,Killing and be killed,the survival of the fittest universe environment;time-space symbol use symbolic rhetoric and select the logo image to reflect the information of creating two spaces of the real sense and to avoid impairment;identity symbols using different rhetoric naming,through the transformation of the meaning of the name of the key character,it achieves the rhetorical information of conversion,thus promoting the development of the plotAt rhetoric poetic and philosophical level,the "three-body" has been studied macroscopically by analyzing the layout of the text and the values embodied in the text:"Three-body" mainly uses the way of staggered description,staggered to show two worlds to achieve the integration of the two worlds,and through the inheritance of the main characters to achieve the text of the convergence and to promote the development of the plot;through the description of two civilizations facing life and death,Liu Cixin expressed his mockery of the anthropocentrism’s view,and through the different options of hero achieving the different consequences,the author express his question about good and evill.
