| With the development of China,more and more foreigners come to China to learn Chinese.They want to understand Chinese culture.Vocabulary is an important aspect of Chinese learners.Moreover,Chinese vocabulary is closely related to culture,and many words contain rich cultural connotations.Chinese diet culture has a profound influence on vocabulary and expression,so the cultural vocabulary of diet plays an important role in Chinese teaching.This paper firstly discusses the evolvement of the characters of “drink” and “food”,and analyzes its origin and the evolution of meaning.Secondly using quantitative analysis method for the two words in the dictionary definition has carried on the induction,and combined with the new outline of Chinese vocabulary,based on the part of speech and the semantic field of diet class vocabulary classification,combined with the concept of cultural vocabulary,using qualitative analysis method to the diet class cultural vocabulary is defined.Through questionnaire survey and interview,we learn about the learning situation of foreign students’ food culture vocabulary and the teaching situation of teachers.The errors in pragmatics,collocation and writing are put forward.Eating culture and put forward with the combination of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,this paper puts forward the teaching principles of developing,pertinence and gradual progress in the diet cultural vocabulary.The culture can be compared to the teaching,scene teaching method and so on,and according “eat in China” the text carries on the teaching design,and after the implementation of teaching.The purpose of this study is to define and summarize the cultural vocabulary of food,and find out the problems that arise in such vocabulary learning and teaching.The paper puts forward the corresponding teaching strategies and methods to arouse the attention of students and foreign Chinese teachers on food culture vocabulary. |
