The social’s development needs all members’joint efforts,especially when you see the phenomenon of conflicts with fairness and justice,we can timely suggest and come up with solution to improve,it is helpful for the society and the organization.This research based on the theory of the Authentic Leadership,the Belief in a Just World and the Organizational Identification.This research’s view is that the leader who has noble values gives the organization core values,then the employees accept and internalize their leader’s values,all these become into the lasting behavior motivation for organizational members,employees will make additional efforts.The Authentic Leadership and the Belief in a Just Word can strengthen the willingness of employees’Voice Behavior,promote them giving suggestions and making contributions to the organization.This study from the organizational affect factors which contain individual factors and organizational factors,introduce the concept of the Authentic Leadership,the Belief in a Just World,and the Organizational Identification,with the method of questionnaire survey,of 342 employees were investigated.The research divided into two parts,the first study discusses the act mechanism which involve the Authentic Leadership,the Belief in a Just World,and the Organizational Identification.At the same time,the first study examines the interactions about the Belief in a Just World,the Organizational Identification,and the Voice Behavior,the intermediary role of the Belief in a Just Word as well as.The second study explores the impact of the Belief in a Just Word on the Risk Perception of Voice Behavior,the Voice Behavior in the context of organizational injustice.The study enriches the research on the antecedent variables of Voice Behavior,provides scientific advice for management.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The Authentic Leadership has a significant positive influence on employees’Promotive of Voice Behavior and Prohibitive Voice Behavior.The Authentic Leadership can significantly motivate employees’ Voice Behavior.(2)The Authentic Leadership has a significant positive influence on all dimensions of the Belief in a Just Word.The Authentic Leadership can significantly enhance the staff ’s Belief in a Just World.(3)There is a significant positive influence on the Promotive of Voice Behavior and Prohibitive Voice Behavior by the Individual Belief in a Just Word and the Effort Belief in a Just World.The stronger the employees’ Individual Belief in a Just Word and the Effort Belief in a Just World are,the more likely it is to exhibit Voice Behavior.(4)The Effort Belief in a Just World and the Organizational Identification interact the Promotive of Voice Behavior.(5)In the process of the Authentic Leadership influence on the Promotive of Voice Behavior and Prohibitive Voice Behavior,employees’ Effort Belief in a Just World play a part in intermediary role. |
