The new generation of employees is accompanied by the development of Internet and the growth of China's reform and opening up.It has distinct characteristics of "net generation" and "one generation".Their work values and social values are different from those of past generations.The Internet information age,vital innovation competence of enterprises,80 90 after the new generation of employees accounted for the total number of employees of 60-70%.They are active in thinking,have more knowledge and skills,and grasp information superiority and innovation advantage.Their innovative behavior plays a very important role in the creativity of enterprises.However,its pursuit of self independence and evasion of responsibility also poses a new challenge to the management change in the era of mobile Internet.Based on the summary and review of the relevant theories of the new generation employees,applies job embeddedness as moderator variables to establish the relationship model between the psychological empowerment and innovation behavior of the new generation employees.Through the empirical study of 370 samples collected from different parts of the country,we use SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0 data analysis software to test the hypotheses,and analyze the relationship between psychological empowerment,job embeddedness and innovative behavior.The results show that: the meaning of psychological empowerment,self-efficacy and influence on innovation behavior has a significant positive effect;innovation behavior has a significant positive effect of job embeddedness on the new generation of employees;job embeddedness has a regulating effect influence on innovation behavior in authorized in psychology;based on the results of empirical research,put forward suggestions for improvement of leadership communication style,to create a good atmosphere,improve the organization of psychological empowerment and perceived moderate decentralization management etc.
