| The Yaniyagazanga,a long epic about the migration of Hani’s Akha branch, reflects the migration history of the Akha people in the Xishuangbanna region. In Gelanghe township,Menghai county,Dai Autonomous Prefecture,Xishuangbanna,Yunnan, the epic Yaniyagazanga still exists in the form of living condition in the folk custom activity during the ceremony, but the ethnic traditional culture, especially the oral culture of non-literate people(ancient songs, epics, etc.),is difficult to sustain in daily life under the shock of contemporary culture, the change of people’s production and life is causing the gradual "absence" of Yaniyagazanga.I hope to explore the different epic texts formed by the interaction between the local people and many others through the first-hand information obtained from multiple field investigations to analyze the two different cultural activities and the formation of the epic poem text for the spread of the Yaniyagazanga and its influence to the Akha cultural inheritance.I believe that the oral culture needs to use different means to record and form a variety of forms of text through field research, but it should be noted that the formation of the text requires cultural respect. This dissertation focuses on the epic collection of Hani language broadcasting episodes recorded by Xishuangbanna Broadcasting & Television Station in 1992 and the text of epic Yaniyagazanga,a subproject of the 2015 A hundred epic projects in China. The dissertation is divided into four parts. The first part is the formation of the text Yaniyagazanga.According to chronological order, the basic process of the Hani language radio broadcast in the Hani language in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture in 1992 was introduced first, and the main contents of the text of Yaniyagazang were published. After that, the process of the Yaniyagazanga project group recorded in the 2015 A hundred epic projects in China project organized by the Ministry of Culture was recorded, and the main contents of the epic text based on the audiovisual content were summarized. The second part is the external factors of the formation of the text Yaniyagazanga.Firstly,it is analyzed that the text forms the main social and historical context. The epic collection activities under the tide of national identity in the 1980 s have different original intentions from the current cultural rejuvenation of “national memory”.In this different historical environment, the main external participants(government and scholars)have different differences in the cultural activities of the epic. However, many combined forces of external factors have made it possible for the epic to form texts;it is also an indispensable factor for promoting the formation of the text Yaniyagazanga. The third part mainly introduces the intrinsic factors of the formation of the text of Yaniyagazanga. The internal factors of the formation of epic texts are mainly the episodes of memories of epic performers.Because epic performers’ collective memory and personal memory work together, they form a common cultural context and distinct personal historical memories. The unique values created by the Akha for the world promoted the presentation of the performers’divine thoughts.Meanwhile, this common expression associated with the history of the migration sang in the epics promoted the national identity. In the epic,a large number of arias about the national customs and repeated repetitions of the ancestral lands intensified the memory of the people for the epic, which in turn made the Akha culture’s inheritance stable. The personal memory of the performers made the richness of the Yaniyagazanga promote the production of different languages. The unique singing style of the individual increased the appeal of the audience and intensified the cognition of the epic.At the same time,in addition to the memory of the epic singers, the intrinsic factors of the formation of texts are the inseparable effort of teacher Huang Rongsheng(translating the two epic texts)and the project team leader, teacher C,and the formation of the texts. Both promote the epic in different ways. The reappearance of the text in front of the public is an important impetus for the internal factors of text formation. The fourth part is about the formation of epic text and its influence on the inheritance of national culture. This chapter is divided into two parts. The first part is the formation of texts. It mainly introduces the two cultural activities to promote the transformation of epic from living to pure text, and establishes a series of epic live,semi-live and plain texts. The second part mainly explains the influence of the two cultural activities formed by epic texts on the local people, and the influence of the formed epic texts on the retention of national memory, the advancement of epic heritage and the cultural heritage of Akha. |
