With the rapid development of science and technology,modern industrial parks show more and more concern about the material wealth brought by science and technology,and the dilation of instrumental rationality and value rationality make the development of the whole industrial park fall into the predicament of ecological crisis and humanistic crisis.The development of creative culture in Wuhan Industrial Park is to alleviate conflicts and contradictions and promote the integration of them.Wuhan is developing the industrial park under the guidance of the Wuhan spirit of "being the first and pursuing excellence",focusing on cultural creativity.This paper mainly in the industrial park of Wuhan Industrial Park and Jiangxia Qiaokou District as the research object,focuses on the analysis of the old industrial area embodied in the transformation and the new industrial park in shaping the cultural charm and creative cultural industry,and from the perspective of industrial and commercial development of the creative industrial park and incubator of the suggestions,prospect the development of cultural creative industry in Wuhan.This paper is based on theoretical research,starting from the actual data,case,summed up the advanced experience of Wuhan Industrial Park,Qiaokou District and Jiangxia district cultural and creative development,further study of the characteristics of the development of Wuhan cultural and creative industrial park.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part and the second part is the theoretical part,this definition of Creative Cultural Industry Park,as well as the domestic and foreign cultural industry development;the third part mainly studies the status of cultural and Creative Industrial Park in Wuhan,through field visits,focus on the analysis of Qiaokou District and Jiangxia District Industrial Park,creative culture,analysis Wuhan Industrial Park,Qiaokou District and Jiangxia district cultural and creative research,system research,from the old industrial transformation and shaping the new industrial park in two modes,to summarize Wuhan Industrial Park Cultural and creative development characteristics.From the industrial park to dig the range of radiation related to traditional culture,such as Qiaokou National Industrial Museum,Jiangcheng one of the intangible cultural heritage exhibition,old shop logo,director Gerlich Yang statue,Soviet style building,red brick tile;Jiangxia district to build the five cultural name card,around the "Tan opera,finger painting,Jiangxia Chinese door Huang,a ship Zhongshan ship,Lake Si ancient kiln" and other cultural industrial layout.Packaging and promotion of Wuhan Industrial Park of the traditional culture with the modern methods of refining,improvement,and creative,into the infinite vitality for Wuhan's economy;the fourth part mainly through the analysis of Qiaokou District and Jiangxia District Industrial Park,Wuhan Industrial Park,creative culture,refining the core of the development of creative culture and contemporary value;fifth part summarizes Wuhan Industrial Park,creative culture,made suggestions for future research.
