Effective Research On Guzheng Training Management Based On The Exploration Of Art Training Management At Rucheng

As one of the important forms of cultural construction,art training is an important measure to further strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization and improve the quality of people's lives in China.With the development of society and the improvement of our life,art attracters the general attention of various circles.Learning art and understanding art has become a fashion for many civilian.With the needs of the society,it has forced huge art training market,and calls on standardized and effective management to ensure art training market that is standardized and orderly.After a period of development,it has a certain degree of self-discipline in art training market,but with an increasing number of art training institution,it also calls on more effective management to ensure the relentless boom of art training market.In order to dive deep into the more effective method of art training management,the author take Guzheng training management at Rucheng as the research object.By the method of questionnaire,interviews and other research method,the article comprehensive analysis of all factors at Rucheng,such as the geographic position,the economic and social development,the qualified teachers,and parents' satisfaction of training institution,to analyze problems and reasons of Guzheng training management at Rucheng,put forward some countermeasures for Guzheng training management and explore the measures of art training management at Rucheng.The author collects relevant information by research among parents' and teachers' satisfaction of training institutions and interviews with training institution managers.At the same time,the author analyzes data from this survey and finds that there are many problems in Guzheng training management at Rucheng: lack of government's effective supervision;imperfect management system;confused use of Guzheng textbooks and non-standard art activities.Through the survey we can find that there are two major reasons,one is system design level,the other is real activities manipulation level.Meanwhile,some countermeasures based on the above mentioned findings have been proposed as follow: first,all functional departments should make concerned cooperate and form a concerted effort;second,Guzheng training instructiong should build up its own management mode;third,it should compile good textbooks and choose the suitable set of textbook to improve the teaching quality;fourth,it will be necessary to improve theprofessional Grading Test system and innovate management methods;fifth,it will be need to found the art association,and explore the self-management of art training.
