Organizing Loss One-Child Family In Urban China

Family planning policy enacted in China has executed more than 30 years since the 1970s.Achieved significant results in controlling the population and improve population quality aspects.At the same time,It has generated a large number of families who have only one child,one of the most special is the family of loss one-child.Parent of loss one-child will face some specific difficulties after losing the one-child,such as difficulties of daily life,social integration difficulties and so on.What's more serious is that losing the one-child may generate some quarrels and complain between husband and wife,eventually leading to family breakdown,reducing social function and ability to acquire social capital and becoming a social instability.They made many attempts to integrate into the community and eliminate its spirit.Participating in the organization of loss one-child is one of the most effective ways.Organization of loss one-child is a miniature of the "homogeneity" society,in this society,The organization is consist of "own" pure,It can solve their spiritual,mental,pension,medical and life problems of family of loss one-child.But now the low degree of decentralization of family of loss one-child,the low enthusiasm of participating in the organization,the uncertainty of sponsors of organization and the deficiency of way on mobilization and organization also need further study,in order to promote the popularization and application of organization of loss one-child in the national scope.This paper is on the basis of resource mobilization theory and symbolic interaction theory,through the questionnaire survey of family of loss one-child and the semi-structured interviews of the organization sponsors,exploring the cause of the family of loss one-child participating in the organization and the way of organization and mobilization of the leader.Through investigating in three organizations named Beijing "spiritual home" organization,Wuhan "warm harbor" organization and Zhenjiang "King Temple nursing home",Founding that three kinds of organization has differences in information dissemination,funding sources,service providing,cooperation assistance,policy support,recreational activities and places setting Initiator also uses the way of adapting to the characteristics of this region for the organization.Through the analysis of three cases,this paper puts forward the path selection of government department to dominate,social forces to coordinate,families of loss one-child to participate.In addition,supplying and improving this way to promote the application of this path model in the nationwide.The first part is the introduction of the article,mainly introducing the background,research methods,purposes,ideas and innovations.The second part is based on resource mobilization theory and symbolic interaction theory,reviewing the literature of organizing loss one-child family and exploring the related concepts of them.The third part mainly explores the current situation of organizing loss one-child.The fourth part is the core of this article.Through the introduction of three groups named Beijing "spiritual home",Zhenjiang "mahatma temple nursing homes" and Wuhan "warm harbor",Exploring ways and methods of different organizations promote family of loss one-child to participate in the organization and using way of comparison to analyze similarities and differences between three groups.The fifth part is on a basis of the above research and analysis,proposing path selection that promotes family of loss one-child to participate in the organization.And in view of the shortcomings of this path selection,putting forward some countermeasures to improve.
