With the rapid development of new internet technology, the contemporary society entered into the Internet Age. Network is not only the important carrier which can show all aspects of work of the court, but also the most important form for people to express their opinion. Network public opinion is a double-edged sword: rational network public opinion plays a positive role in promoting judicial trial; irrational network public opinion plays a negative role in hampering judicial trial. As the network public opinion has stronger influence on judicial trial, the contradiction between them has become more and more serious and it has caused the attention of the whole society. Based on this, the paper which discusses the relationship between the network supervision by public opinion and the judicial trial has an important positive significance to our country's current judicial.This paper has five parts and it develops a further research on the theme of " conflicts and coordination between network supervision by public opinion and judicial ". The first part of the paper summarizes the relevant theories about network public opinion. This part defines the connotation of network public opinion, introduces four forms of characteristics of the network and three kinds of supervision of public opinion. The second part of the paper analyzes the conflicts between network supervision by public opinion and judicial. This part dialectical analyzes the positive effects and negative effects about network supervision by public opinion to the justice. The third part of the paper analysis the surface reasons and deep reasons of them deeply. The fourth part of this paper introduces the foreign model. This part mainly introduced the United Kingdom, the United States and Germany. The advanced system which is used to coordinating network supervision by public opinion and judicial trial can provide reference for our country to balance relations of them. The fifth part is about how to coordinate the conflicts between the network supervision by public opinion and judicial. Combined with China's specific national conditions, this part develops the paper from three aspects----the system, the court and the network news media. It proposes the feasibility suggestions to balance network supervision by public opinion and judicial.
