Our country is in the economic transition and rapid development period. Economic development is fast, the results let a person too many things to see. As the prosperity of commodity economy, the reaction of successful person, advertising sells role also brought huge benefits, let people cannot ignore. This inevitably involves the problems of commercialization of personality right. This thesis is divided into five parts to analysis of commercialization of personality right.The first part is an overview of the commercialization of personality right. Respectively from the personality right, commodification and commercialization of personality right three aspects. From aspects of the concept, characteristics, connotation, analyzes its theoretical basis for the later analysis.The second part is the analysis of the value of commercialization of personality right.
