Company autonomy and jurisdiction issues involved is an important topic, among research scholars, in recent years. The company plays an important role in today's socio-economic development, social development and progress made due contributions. Company as the main market economy for internal business decisions and management of the affairs with a high degree of autonomy, and therefore the "Company Law" should not interfere with excessive autonomy, but mainly due to dealing with the company's own self-interest transactions. However, there are exceptions to everything there is in principle the company as an independent legal entity like a natural person, and finally there are some problems they can not solve, and recourse to the law, that is to solve the problem through the judicial process. This leads to the jurisdiction should not be a series of questions to intervene corporate autonomy based on what circumstances and what time.This paper attempts to involve from self-government and judicial companies two angles, respectively, analyzes the connotation of corporate autonomy, boundary trace the evolution of corporate autonomy, the nature of judicial power, the principle of legitimacy and other issues, by the above analysis of the problem, which began on the boundaries of their respective areas of study and discussion. This paper argues that the existence of the company autonomy, of course is necessary, but needs to be limited, for the purposes of judicial power, nor unbridled involvement of the company's operations, both in this change should seek a balance on the flexible boundary points. Finally, through the analysis of present situation and existing problems of our company autonomy and judicial power intervention, make reasonable suggestions to improve the problem.
