Principle Of Justice In Framenwork Of The Distribution Of The Emission Right Of Greenhouse Gases

Climate change has been in discussion for more three decades.Sadly it is quite unproductive.What has happened to the global governing of climate change problem? Why does it prodeeds so slowly? What kind of role does the principle of justice play in constructing the global legal framework on taming climate change? How should a global legal framework on taming climate change be engineered so that most parties affected by it are treated with deserved justice? And these are the problems bothering all the people who cares about climate change.This paper is dedicated to analysing the present several agreements on governing climate change.By analysing them,I am trying to find out how the principle of justice is highlighted in these agreement and how the future agreements on climate change or any envirnmental issues should treat the principle of justice. And I sinserely hope that one day an agreement that fully respects these needs of justice be formed and respected in the near future.
