The paper discuss the social harmfulness of the forcible rape between male,which means protecting male sexual rights is necessary and feasible.The fourth part is the most important part. It based on the moot point in question of how to protect male sexual rights. There is two way to solve this problem, one way is through judicial interpretation for expanding interpretation of the current law, another one is make special provision for male sexual protection.
