Public Management Analysis On The Problem Of Juvenile Deviant Behavior

With the new age of reformation and transformation,the behavior of young people get more and more attention.How to guide young people to have a normal life and a better school is common concerns of parents,schools and society as a whole.The deviant youth group is the potential population of juvenile delinquency group,the analysis of the formation of the deviation is the key to prevent and control the generation of deviant behavior.Through the investigation of juvenile delinquent institutions in Hong Kong and Wuhan,we analyzed three specific factors which generate deviant behaviors of adolescent-----family environment,school environment and social environment aspects.What's more,we also analyzed why young people want to do so,and then put forward some solutions to correct the wrong behaviors of youth.The main object of this study is deviant behaviors of adolescent in mainland.We focused on three points-----the characteristics of deviant behavior,the origin of deviant behaviors,and impact of deviant behavior.As referred to the previous manage experience of deviant behavior in Hong Kong area,we got some inspiration and had four ways to correct the wrong behaviors of youth-----The first is to strengthen the management of youth and to establish a feasible operation mechanism;the second is to establish the social organization of the youth services,and the establishment of the social organization of a unified regulatory system;the third is strengthening school prevention education system and improve the adolescent's moral quality;the fourth is to establish various forms of prevention publicity channels.
