It is well known that the internet is regarded as the greatest invention ever since the 20 th century.With its officially entry into China from 1990 s,the internet has greatly changed the way of communication and thinking.Meanwhile,it has also prompted the development of technology as well as the profound social changes in terms of learning,living,refreshing and many other aspects.Nowadays,as our country lacks of a well-developed system to regulate the internet,network ecosystem are now facing huge challenges and potential safety problems in various aspects,like freedom of expression,protection of virtual property and identity,as well as the prosperity of the internet economy.Apart from these,with virtuality,openness,technicality,immediacy,high-communicability and other characteristics of the internet,cyber offense contains more destructive influence than commit a crime in the real world.Therefore,how to protect the network ecological environment is an urgent issue to be discussed.Out of various network media,internet broadcast,a newly-developed social media has emerged in China with an astonishing speed,playing a significant role in society.As a consequence,it has also delivered a series of the internet misdeed.For the sake of supervising network impermissible behavior effectively,this dissertation investigates regulations in law about it from four perspectives: firstly,state a thesis of cyber offense to comprehend the definition and judge methods of it.Secondly,assess privacy infringement as the research object,analyze its factors,features and current status.Then illustrate the process of internet statute laid by our country with its current situation and drawbacks.Finally,according to the above analyzed result,propose a series of advice.The paper is all based on typical cases appeared in the internet broadcast,combined with the thesis of Deviance.
