Study On The Elderly Health Security Service System Based On “The Aged-Centered Healthy Home” In The Community

China has stepped into an aging society from 2000, which not only has the highest ageing population in the world, but also is the fastest-growing country of elderly people. At a basic national condition of growing old before growing rich, the issue of health security for aging people brought by the trend of population aging in our country is undoubtedly a huge challenge, and this has become a major issue concerning the whole social attention.This article tries to design and construct the elderly health security service system based on “The aged-centered healthy home” in the community regarding the idea of Healthy Aging, Multidimensional Health Evaluation Function, and Health Management as guidance. Thus this can provide a practical and feasible practice mode choice for old people?s health care services in our country.In the first, this article made an empirical study about the health status, the need and the health service situation of our country?s aging people with the literature and data, thus providing a realistic basis and support for the design of the system.Secondly, this article made a comparative study about some typical countries and regions, summarizing the experience and enlightenment for reference. And the writer also made a model case research on the German Centre for Extended Care in Boston, USA, providing a case reference.At last, the dissertation adopted the method of abstract and deduction to design the organizational structure, operation mechanism, service system, and the countermeasures of the system regarding the ideas of Healthy Aging, Multidimensional Health Evaluation Function, and Health Management as guidance.As central part of the paper, the design of the whole system is all the innovative study on the basis of the existing research. For example, the writer firstly proposed to establish the elderly health security service committee in districts and counties, and “The aged-centered healthy home” in the community. They would mainly plan and organize the elderly health care services with the idea of health management.
