The Research On Cultivating And Implementing The Socialist Core Value In Ethnic Region

With the deepening of globalization, all aspects in Chinese society are impacted and challenged inevitably. One of them is which the people's values and ideas are diversified with the fusion and collision of foreign and native cultures. In this context, the socialist core values contains 24 words, put forward by the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC. This is the consensus of our country in the dominating position and the basic principle of judgment right or wrong.With the deepening of reform and opening up, the national economy has made considerable progress and the quality of life of the people which from all ethnic groups being upgraded continuously. With the fusion and collision of the national tradition and the modern idea, people's values are becoming more and more diversified. With the special geographical environment and human environment, the education of the socialist core values faced opportunities and challenges in the minority areas.The cultivation and implementation of socialist core values is not only a practical problem but also a major theoretical issue. Strengthening the research on the promotion of socialist core values in the minority areas is conducive to understand the characteristics and rules of the socialist core values construction in ethnic areas. Based on it, explored the specific path for the construction of the socialist core values of ethnic areas, Finally, make the socialist core values deeply rooted in minority areas,so as to maintain the spiritual home of all the nation. This paper is consisted with four parts:In the first part, it demonstrated the related concepts and relations of the socialist core values. By interpreting and demonstrating the concepts and relations of values, core values, socialist core values and the socialist core value system, lay the foundation for the research of thesesIn the second part, it elaborated the importance and particularity of cultivating and implementing the socialist core values. The cultivation and implementation of the socialist core values in minority areas are conducive to the development of the multi unified values in ethnic areas and implementation of ethnic regional autonomy system. At the same time, its own characteristics in the ethnic region are manifested:the hysteresis and imbalance of economic development, the sensitivity and complexity of geological relationship, the diversity and difference of national culture, imbalance and the shortage of educational resources, the stability and exclusiveness of the national consciousness. The particularity makes the cultivation and implementation process of the socialist core values in minority areas filled with challenges and opportunities.In the third part, it analyzed the basic principles of cultivating and implementing the socialist core value in ethnic areas. This paper insists that we should adhere to the principle of combination the theory with reality, the combination of unified subject to plural subject, the combination of the whole and the part, the combination of the periodic and the long-term.In the fourth part, it explored the path of cultivate and implement the socialist core values. The education of the socialist core values in ethnic areas should be combined with the characteristics of the ethnic and minority areas so as to adopt a way with regional and ethical characteristics. This paper insists that we should promote economic development combined with the characteristics of ethnic minority areas; we should adhere to the socialist core values combined with the protection of national culture; we need to develop the education in minority area combined with the actual situation in the area; we should carry out practical activities combined with the national style in this respect.
