multi-polarization and the impact of cultural diversity,the development of our country's values is facing a growing number of new problems and challenges.In governing a modern country,core values displays different dimensions and features.From the aspect of complexity of ideology,it is the “main stream ideology” that must be established in the competition of diversified values.From the aspect of importance of country recognition,it is the “soil” for cultivate citizen's love for their country.From the aspect of component of country force,it is the great component for the soft force of country culture.There are three core elements in country governing: Government(officials),Market(enterprises),and Society(citizen).Government guards the order,Market create wealth,while Society seeks for harmony.The core value which can unite the citizen mainly includes the above three elements frame.In the government of complex and diversified society,the guide and control from the country relies on three paths combination which are: law,discipline and morality.In recent years,based on the modern goals for country governing system and administration capacity,the central leading body of the Party put forward the strategy of “four all-outs”.Among which,all-out effort to govern country according to law,all-out effort to enforce strict Party discipline respectively respond to law and discipline,while core value responds to morality.It is very difficult to establish new morality according to new era's request,and it will lower the society administration cost if it can really go inside people.From the historical clue of country development,the history of more than sixty years from the establishment of New China has gone through three stages.First is Mao Zedong's Era,in which Chinese people stood up and explored to establish the socialist system frame.The key word for this era is “liberation”.Then came the Deng Xiaoping's Era,in which it started open-up and reform policy and Chinese people gradually solved the problem of food and clothing,and the economy ascended quickly.The key word for this era is “construction”.Now our country is stepping into the determine era of constructing a well-off society,the whole country are making great efforts to achieve our goal of nation's rejuvenation,Chinese Dream and people will live a better life.The key word of this era is “rejuvenation”.The core mission is different in different era,and that makes the core values different accordingly.To view from the great background of world industry civilization,the rise of all countries in Europe illustrates that build and expand of values was of great importance to social administration and country's rise and decline.When China is in the trail of revival of civilization,it is necessary to reach to a high consensus to the values in the whole nation and compete with the whole world with Chinese core values to win out at last.After a long time's exploration,we proposed the core values of socialist for our country,namely “prosperous,democratic,civilization,harmonious,freedom,equality,justice,rule of law,patriotism,dedication,integrity and kindness”.This series of socialist values is expected to lead and guide our people,the society and the whole country.Giving answers to the question that what kind of country,society we should build,and what kind of citizen we should cultivate.Core value is not only a kind of advocating,but also need to put it into effect down to the earth.Only when we put it into effect,can it effectively coordinate the value conflicts caused by diversification of social structure and stratification of social profits,and can it unite the social power on the basis of reaching a consensus.It is needed to fulfill through various methods,to combine interior development and exterior guidance,traditional culture and modern civilization.The advocating of present core values should match awareness of mission,taking realization of the Chinese Dream as its goal,extract the values matching “modernization”,“industrialization”,and “urbanization”,to manifest subject consciousness in the globalization tides.In the present age of China,there is a kind of special force,a strong arrangement of system.87,000,000 Party members,4,360,000 basic Party organizations,just like mercury,covers or seeps into our government,market and society.The key is our Party and our people.The fulfilling of core values should be connected with the construction of our governing Party.Controlling the power,balancing the capital,uniting the society,should be the values for our governing party during its self construction.Fostering and fulfilling the Socialist core values is a grand “soul project”.It is of great and profound significance to bear the grand task to build up the “values and faith” among people during the globalization era.To foster and fulfill the Socialist Core Values,we need to attach great importance to realize identification and build up faith.Only when we foster and fulfill Socialist Core Values,can we realize the socialist value goal with Chinese special characteristics,and can we realize our Chinese Dream for more prosperous and strong country,re-energized nation and happy people.
