On November 18,2014, the State Council issued the Notice on the issuance of the Government Approved Investment Project Directory (2014 Edition) (hereinafter referred to as "the Notice") means that the constructionof social integrity goes on a deeper level.In recent years, the constructionof social integrity has made great achievements, all areas of integrity status has gradually warming signs, however, the integrity of our country still cannot be ignored, we even will put integrity problem is more important position, because of its influence on the sustainable development of economy, the relationship between the social stability and unity, the nation’s security.The field of labor relations is the social basic areas, labor relation is the most important social relations, Integrity issues in the field of labor relations is the most important part of the problem of social integrity, but integrity status in the field of labor relations is not satisfactory. There are several reasons lead to lack of integrity in the field of labor relations such as related to economic development at present stage, related to the influence of foreign culture and so on, this text focuses on the cause of the systemabout the Lack of good faithin the field of labor relations system, the basic content is as follows:The introduction mainly introduces the research background, status, significance and research methods;The first part introduces the basic connotation of the integrity in the labor contract law,the integrity in the labor contract law still has the essential characteristics of integrity,that is to be real,not to be bully and fraud,to keep re-Connaught and show as establishing the principle of good faith, setting specific systems and so on.The second part describes the defect of the integrity in the labor contract law, in the preceding stage of contract shows as narrow scope of the culpa,in the stage of the contract shows as the design flaw of the responsibility system of the breach of contract and the pay system,in the contract stage,shows as the contract gaps of the non-competition system.The third part focuses on improving the integrity of the system,including the establishing of the basic principles of good faith and corresponding concrete measures,such as the perfect of the culpa, salary system and the non-competition.
