Research On The Remedy System Of Criminal Victims In China

The remedy system of criminal victims has been gradually established with the promotion of the position of criminal victims. Since the establishment of the criminal victim remedy system in New Zealand in 1963, countries around the world began to establish the remedy system. The remedy for the victims of the criminal victims has different emphases in different stages according to the national conditions of each country. Our country began to carry out the remedy system in 2006, mainly in the stage of compensation for criminal victims. The writer means to prevent the criminal victim into crime, to soothe the victim's mind, to ensure the basic life of the criminal victim, and to maintain social harmony and stability through the analysis of social value, criminology and legal value of the criminal victims remedy system. This paper based on the theory of state responsibility, social welfare theory and theory of social insurance, and combined with pilot work at Shenyang area and the situation of our country, plans the main factor, the object factor, running program and security program of the criminal victim remedy system to relief criminal victims complied with certain conditions by the help of People's Court, People's Procuratorate and the society through legal procedures.
