The research about criminal victims is almost perfect in the international community. The victim to learn was born in 1930s last century, and began to prevail in 1970s. Many countries in the world have established the criminal victim assistance system, for example, Britain, the United States, France, Japan, the Netherlands, etc. Although the victim study started late in our country, but more and more people are taking attention about the victim problems, especially about the legislation of the victim compensation. The study of criminal victims are mainly from the following aspect:the meaning and the value of the aid about criminal victims, the effort about criminal victim in the international community, the victim assistance status in our country and how to perfect the victim assistance system of criminal in our country.The outstanding characteristic of the paper is that the paper comprehensively analyzed the special group of the criminal victims (female, old people and children). The paper mainly discusses what measures should be taken according to different people.There are two main reasons for chosing this theme (the special groups of criminal victims). First, the study of this special group in China is still imperfect and the thought of the concrete analysis hasn’t been reflected. Women, old people and children are supposed to be the special groups in society. They was relatively in weak position in society. When the women, the children and the old people become criminal victims, they will become weaker. Especially female victim, many crime is specializing in women, so we must give women more education and moer protection.This paper is divided into three parts. This part is mainly about the necessity of the judicial protection of the underage victims, the existing problems of the judicial protection of underage victims,the suggestions and countermeasures of judicial protection of underage victims.The third part is about the victims of the old. This part mainly includes the following aspects:the reason of strengthening the protection of the victims of the old, the measures of strengthening the protection of the victims of the old.
