Lack Of Farmers' Rights In Our Country At Present Stage And The Supply

The central thesis of this paper is farmers' rights. Farmers are most in need of rights of vulnerable groups, research in the weak stratum especially farmers rights during the period of social transformation is a very important topic. Farmers in addition to its own development capacity, deeper reason lies in the rights poverty. The fundamental guarantee of national security is to respect the rights of farmers. With the high speed development of industrialization and urbanization in China,farmers' rights protection has been faced with new problems and situations,in this paper, the study of farmers' rights is in this context.This paper uses the method of literature research, social investigation and comprehensive analysis, from the farmers' rights of the four analyses the security problems of main dimensions, on the basis of analyzing the reason for lack of farmers' rights protection, puts forward the main countermeasures and thinking of the safeguard farmers' rights. Through research, this paper mainly has the following conclusion:(1) the current our country farmers' rights generally improved, but there are still many human rights problems, mainly displays in the farmers' economic rights abused, maintenance adverse political rights,social rights difficulties, poor cultural rights to enjoy these four aspects.(2) of the different factors that affect farmers' rights protection analysis found that the differences of the division of household registration system, employment system, imbalance of distribution system is the institutional factor lead to lack of farmers' rights; Farmers' rights protection legal system defects, the lack of government policy,as a result of the absence of social organization, lack of farmers' rights of situational factors; Farmers rights protection ability is weak, the weak consciousness of limiting the realization of farmers' rights.(3) in the process of farmers' rights protection, given the complexity and difficulty of safeguard farmers' rights, needs the government,society and the joint efforts of farmers themselves or related subject.Based on the above research conclusion, this paper puts forward Suggestions on three aspects: the construction of guarantee system of farmers' rights; Build environment system safeguard farmers' rights;Enhance the ability of farmers to maintain their own rights.
