A Study On Rights Consciousness Of New Professional Farmers

Right awareness of new professional farmers is required in right content and the realization way,and it serves as a subjective opinion when methods are needed to remedy the right in consideration of peculiarity it has.The research on right awareness is carried out from the following perspective on new professional farmers: belonging consciousness,rights exertion and safeguarding ideology,and understanding on ways of rights remedy,remedy awareness,remedy willing,view of power,rights view,and approaches to obtain legal knowledge.The research shows that right awareness of new professional farmers has its pros and cons.And the main problems appear to be in many aspects,such as the fuzzy understanding on rights belonging awareness;the lack of knowledge on methods to remedy rights;and the training,the legal education fail to play a strong role.The main causes for these problems include: overall low-literacy,deficiency of legal education in rural areas,traditional smallholder awareness,rural social environment and so on.Therefore,it is necessary for us to be aware of the problems,and take such measures to strengthen right awareness of new professional farmers as:Firstly,reinforcing and improving the training of new professional farmers is needed to develop its right consciousness.On this front,training awareness of relevant law subjects is strengthened first,and then law training content is determined scientifically.After that,the developing and cultivating ways of right awareness on new professional farmers are carried out.Secondly,it is necessary to promote the construction of new professional farmers’ autonomous associations.The establishment of autonomous associations should follow the principles of guidance and developing from top to bottom.Thirdly,we ought to strengthen the construction of the culture of law on the right-based theory.In this view,right-based theory is emphasized as for administrative law enforcement.Human rights judicial system is built and developed.The ideal of right-based theory is valued in the process of advocating laws.
