The Study On Leading Patterns Of Government In Investment Romotion

Thirty years of reform and opening up to China has pursued a policy of opening to the outside world, actively encouraging foreign investors to invest in China. It is proved that carry on investment promotion, not only for economic construction introduced a large number of foreign funds and advanced and applicable technology, at the same time, attracted the development of advanced concepts and management experience into to the economic work, improve the level of government services. Governments have to promote investment promotion as an important part of the work of opening up, the main channel of economic development. The rapid development of local economy, the investment promotion work contributed, commendable contribution. However, the new situation of investment promotion put forward new higher requirements, with the gradual improvement of the market economic system, the degree of social development gradually increased, the government led investment promotion model has been unable to meet the needs of government functions transformation.This paper is based on the author's own participation in Chongzuo's investment promotion work experience, through the local government investment promotion behavior theory, in-depth analysis of China's government led investment promotion behavior pattern, find out its development process, characteristics, the advantages and disadvantages, and thus to explore the government to guide the investment to promote this new government behavior pattern. Taking the investment promotion of Chongzuo as an example, the author believes that the government's guiding mode should strengthen guidance, optimize the service and strengthen coordination in three dimensions, which are the characteristics of the investment promotion and investment promotion. From the perspective of management, this paper puts forward that in the future, Chongzuo should build up a government guided investment promotion behavior pattern, that is to strengthen the investment promotion, optimize the investment promotion service and strengthen the coordination of investment promotion.
