Research On The Foreign Direct Investment In China's Legal System

Since the reform and opening up,foreign investment in China,the increasing scale of foreign-invested enterprises have become an integral part of our national economic system indispensable.However,foreign direct investment in our country is relatively backward legal system,there are many problems,such as: foreign direct investment-related legal system is not perfect,without clear laws and regulations and other dispersion.How to solve these problems,set up to regulate the foreign direct investment more comprehensive legal regime,departments and domestic scholars have continued to explore and research.But with the social and economic development,and continue to appear in some new problems,which need to continue to analyze and solve practical problems of working ability.Through analyzing the current study the basic theory of the Foreign Direct Investment Law and the Foreign Direct Investment Law,the existing problems,based on the basic solution ideas and research significance,through drawing China(Shanghai)free trade zone in the test area of foreign direct investment laws in regime reform and innovation,combined with most of our test area of free trade in the actual status of foreign-invested enterprises,foreign registration and supervision and management system combined with industry regulations,foreign direct investment and foreign special type of registration,etc.,use literature,induction and empirical analysis and other research methods,from outside revelation the foreign direct investment law,the legislative mode selection,these aspects of the principal legal systems are analyzed on a number of issues of current foreign direct investment law system existed in the research and for analysis out of the question,choose from the basic principles established pattern of foreign direct investment legislation,improve the legal system for foreign direct investment,foreign direct investment in terms of sound legal system,etc.each put forward their own views,some of the more feasible ideas and improvements.We are hoping to provide a reference for the study of this text by the Foreign Direct Investment Law.
