Study On Effectiveness Of Crosswalk Rules

With the improvement of the economic level of our country,the quantity of motor vehicles continued to increase.Pedestrians are not according to the signal light traffic,the traffic police at the most critical education level,there is little warning or fine".The absence of the implementation,but also from the side of the tacit approval of the Chinese style across the road,indulged in disregard of the rules of behavior."Chinese type cross a street" is Chinese people crossing difficult chaos,the essence is pointing to the weakness of current road traffic management measures.It not only reflects the cultural quality of the people,but also highlights the people's legal awareness of indifference,lack of awareness of the rules,the neglect of safety,of course,there is the reality of the helpless.The "human rights" and "car right" conflicts have become increasingly prominent,in order to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents in China,this paper focuses on the research problem existing in the crosswalk line,and how to improve the traffic facilities in our country.With reference to the foreign mature facilities,using for example: strict legal constraints,increase supervision,increase penalties,reasonable arrangement position of the crosswalk line,consider crossing facilities issues such as rationality,the theory in the practice of inspection,that the development of crosswalk line in China provide a reference.
