The Perfection Of The People's Jury System On The Context Of The Judicial Reform

The jury system is one of the most important parts of the Chinese socialist political system and the Chinese judicial system. Third Plenary Session of the party's eighteen "CPC Central Committee on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform" proposed to the widespread practice of the jury system, broaden people's orderly participation to justice.In this context the 11 th Session of the Central Leading Group for deepening the reform comprehensively considered and adopted the "people's jury system reform plan".For a long time a wide range of issues exist in the jury system of our country, "Reform plan" of the implementation of the people's jury system ushered in a new spring.The first chapter briefly describe the origin and development process of the Jury System,It focuses on the world in several countries Jury System,The second chapter describes the The third and the forth chapter start to explore, explain the reason of the implementation of the jury system.The third and the forth chapter point out some long-standing problems of our people's jury system, and some problems which seems not too tight to the Jury system that influence the play and performance issues of the jury system functions, as well. After the plan's introduction, according to the factual circumstances arising around for some new issues the jury system, based on these issues, combined with practical, to make some comments on improving people's jurors legislation, management, security and other aspects.
