Problems of risk managements has been followed when credit cards appeared. Although our country's present criminal law and relevant judicial interpretations and other normative documents on the crime of credit card fraud has been stipulated,compared with the developed countries, our country criminal legislation on the regulation of crime of credit card fraud was relatively backward, and the corresponding theoretical research also was relatively scarce. The new means and forms of credit card crime emerge in an endless stream, In the judicial practice,many problems have not been solved timely and effectively, which has caused the bad influence in the society. Therefore, it is related to the stability and development of the country and society whether various problems of the credit card can handle properly, Which forces us to make a more thorough and careful research on the crime of credit card fraud.
