The crime of trafficking in children is to sell for the purpose, abduction, kidnapping, buying, selling, transporting, transit children and steals an infant behavior. Child trafficking crime is very harsh criminal. It is not only a serious violation of the children's physical and mental health and growth, but also bring great disaster to the family, but also do great harm to the country's stability and harmonious development. In China, every year many child trafficking crime activities, the state has carried out many times the criminal activities of harsh to combat the trafficking of children, but the behavior of abducted children still is banned repeatedly more than, how to reduce the trafficking of children in criminal activities has become the problem to be solved urgently in our country.
