Research On Peng Zhen's Thought Of Democratic Construction

Comrade Peng Zhen is one of the early leaders of the Communist party of China,who had been in office in the leadership of party and the country's important positions for a long time since the founding of new China.During his work in the National People's Congress and political science and law,he had put forward many precious opinions for the democratic construction of our country,which not only affected many aspects of China's democratic construction at that time,but also plays a role in promoting to the process of our democratic construction.So in the present,systematically studying Peng Zhen's though of democratic construction has important significance for promoting democratic political system reform.The paper mainly focuses on the theoretical study and value evaluation to Peng Zhen's thought of democracy construction by adopting documentary research method and historical analysis method.The study on Peng Zhen's thought of democratic construction is composed of four parts.The introduction part mainly introduces research significance,research overview,definition of democratic construction,research methods and innovations of Peng Zhen's thought of democratic construction.The body of the paper is divided into three parts:The first part expounds historical background on formation of Peng Zhen's thought of democratic construction from four aspects by the theoretical basis,practical basis,time background and the special experience of democracy work of Peng Zhen himself;The second part mainly introduces the content and characteristics of Peng Zhen's thought of democratic construction.Firstly,the guiding ideology of Peng Zhen's thought of democratic construction is elaborated;secondly,the specific contents of Peng Zhen's thought of democratic construction is discussed in detail;Finally,the characteristics of Peng Zhen's thought of democratic construction is analysized in detail.The third part mainly speaks the meaning of Peng Zhen's thought of democratic construction,which is aimed to extract the significance of Peng Zhen's thought of democratic construction on the basis of summarizing the text in the first two parts and by combining with the influence on the democratic process at present.First of all,it has theoretical value,which is the important development of Marxism democracy.It enriches the historical culture of the Communist party of China;Secondly,it creats historical contribution,which had solved many problems and challenges facing at that time;Once again,it also has the practical significance because it not only promots the confidence on the socialist system,but also puts forward many methods of contruction of socialist democracy worth learning and innovative spirit.More importantly,it affected the process of our democratic construction in China in the 21 st century at the same time.
