Study On Governmental Regulation Of Private Financing For SMEs

Wenzhou's economic development to a certain sense is the development of private economy, especially the vast majority of small and medium-sized private enterprises. However, Wenzhou's financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprise has not been found a good solution. The small and medium-sized enterprises who has been called "weak groups", need to be given special attention and care, their development cannot happen without government support. In 2012, the government set up Wenzhou financial comprehensive reform pilot area and issued relevant policy has certain control effect on the enterprise financing risk, but for small companies, imperfect credit system, accounting system and the information asymmetry of small and medium-sized enterprise support is not enough. On the other hand, with the development of society and economic, Wenzhou private capital accumulated rapidly, however, due to the absence of guidance, a large number of folk capital investment cannot find a reliable way since social credit risk is still high.This thesis mainly analyses the perspective of government regulation on private financing for SMEs. First of all, I will define three concepts: small and medium-sized enterprises, private capital and government regulation, then I will focuses on the our country's current situation and problems of government regulation on private private financing for SMEs; Secondly, I will analysis Wenzhou's present situation of government regulation, and then find out some problems existing in current Wenzhou's government regulation; Using empirical analysis method in this paper, to analyses the effectiveness of reasonable and efficient government regulation in dealing with the "two dilemma" problem in the market; Finally, according to the characteristics of Wenzhou mode and economy from the formulation of laws and regulations, I will explain in detail from three perspective, which is the improvement of the financial regulatory system, the establishment of legislation and acceleration of the financial system reform, to give suggestions and strategies on the Wenzhou private financing for SMEs, in order to truly achieve win-win situation.
