The Improvement Of The Rules Of Commercial Bank's Bankruptcy In China

With the rapid development of economic globalization and the internet banking, China's market economy is more open. The interest rate marketing is increasing. The development of the traditional banking industry has been a huge impact, the bank will go bankrupt too. We need a legal system to regulate bank insolvency.This paper does not take the traditional narrow understanding of the bankruptcy law, but take wide that includes takeover, restructuring, liquidation. I concentrate in the deposit insurance. For the bankruptcy of the Commercial Bank of our country still does not have a complete system. I think that the system must be accurate and operable.After the study on the relevant system I make some suggestions about our commercial bank insolvency legal system.
