The History And Experience Of The Communist Party's Cadre Education During Chinese Liberation War

The cadre education is a basic form of the Communist Party of China to develop excellent cadres,and it is also a basic high-quality engineering team of the Party,which has important strategic significance.The Communist Party has always attached great importance to the cadre education which has been regarded as a major strategic task,and put it into practice by efforts.During the period of the Chinese Liberation War,the cadre education has already taken an important position,which is related to the Party's development and construction of the liberated areas,the final victory of Chinese New-democratic Revolution and the modernization process of Chinese society.During this period,the Communist Party has adhered to Marxism and Leninism as a guide,and continues to implement the Party's cadre education policy.The Communist Party has also combined the cadre education with productive work to put it into practice in the Liberation War and the construction practice.The Communist Party has constantly deepened the development of cadre education,and accelerated the victory of the Liberation War and the construction of a new China.This paper is divided into three parts: the preface,the main body and the conclusion.The preface gives a brief introduction to the source and significance of this topic,the related review of academic circle,the methods of research and so on.The main body of the paper which consists of four chapters starts from the problems of cadre education which faced by the Party and the important measures and the main features of cadre education and historical experience,as follows:The first chapter from the situation of cadre education faced in the Liberation War,analyzes the new problems of cadre education of the Party in the Liberation War,especially the problem of the cadre shortage,the quality of the cadre,the complexity of the cadre structure,the ideological confusion,the political level and work ability of the cadre and so on.And analyzing the main factors of these problems with a brief summary.The second chapter is about the measures of the Communist Party of China in the period of Liberation War,which mainly focus on three aspects,the policy of the education,the main content and the basic ways of the cadre education.As follows: In policy of cadre education is putting cadre education in the first place of all the work in the Liberation War.The Communist Party has also combined the cadre education with productive work to put it into practice.In the teaching content covers cultural basic education,Marxism and Leninism ideological education,current affairs and political education,business education and military education and so.The way of education forms education cadres,the training education of cadres and school education of cadres and so on.Overall,the effect of cadre education during this period is significant,progressive realization of cadre education and educational content scale comprehensive and having a system standardization.The third chapter is based on the problems of cadre education of the Liberation War and solutions about it.Summarizing the main features of cadre education of the Communist Party during this period.There are three aspects,the system,the type,and the practice of the cadre education.The fourth chapter summarizes highly the experience of the cadre education during the period of Liberation War.It emphasis the cadre education,the first task,the relations with the Party's central working,rich the variety of educational pathways and so on.This part is the foothold of the article.The last part concludes the main ideas of the paper,the cadre education has not only played a important role in the Liberation War and the construction of a new China,but its experience would also have great significance during the new period.
