The Chinese Communist Party During The Liberation War Research On Cadre Education And Basic Experience In Northeast China

Cadre education is the key part of the CPC’s great self-revolution,the way to win on the century-old journey,and the successful experience of the century-old struggle.In the early days of the War of Liberation,in order to grasp the initiative of the Chinese revolution,the Communist Party of China adopted many measures to educate the practical,problem-oriented and effective cadres in northeast China,which provided talent guarantee for the development and expansion of the party’s cadre team and the promotion of the liberation and development of northeast China and the whole country.This paper is divided into four parts,committed to the comprehensive study of the background and main measures of the education of cadres of the Communist Party of China during the war of liberation,and summarize its basic characteristics and experience on this basis.The first part expounds the historical background of the cadre education of the Communist Party of China during the war of liberation.After the victory of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,the Chinese revolutionary situation underwent fundamental changes,and the establishment of the consolidated northeast revolutionary base area became an important task of the Communist Party of China.However,the northeast revolutionary base area appeared cadres "quantity panic" and "ability panic" and other phenomena.In order to meet the development needs of the revolutionary situation,the Communist Party of China must strengthen the education of cadres in northeast China.The second part discusses the main measures and achievements of the cadre education of the Communist Party of China during the war of liberation.Specifically,there are formulating policies for cadre education,reforming traditional educational institutions,innovating the forms of cadre education,and strengthening the system construction of cadre education.The third part summarizes the basic characteristics of the cadre education of the Communist Party of China during the war of liberation.That is to say,combining the education of cadres in northeast China with the revolutionary war and production construction,focusing on the training of workers’ cadres,peasant cadres and women cadres,giving full play to the role of secondary schools and the army in training cadres,and promoting the regularization and specialization of cadre education.The fourth part summarizes the valuable experience of the northeast cadre education of the Communist Party of China during the war of liberation.Cadre education must keep pace with The Times,must pay attention to the training of cadres and teachers,must adhere to the ideological and political education throughout,and must adhere to the mass line.At present,the complex environment of the century and the epidemic in the century has put forward higher requirements for the overall quality of the cadre team,and it is urgent to strengthen the education of party cadres.The study on the education of cadres in the Communist Party of China during the war of Liberation is of important theoretical significance and practical value for guiding the education of party cadres in the new era.
