The original intention of the establishment of the three trial integrations is to adopt the system of civil, administrative and criminal to protect intellectual property rights, in order to avoid the waste of judicial resources, simplify the relief process and eliminate different codefendant problems. Xuzhou Intermediate People's Court began three trial integrations of intellectual property rights since the July 2009. In the process of promoting the operation of the system, they found that there are a lot of practical problems. This article intends to the perspective of Xuzhou Intermediate People's Court of intellectual property trial practice and analyzes the accepted cases, settled cases and the characteristics of case in near six years. According to the first-hand information on intellectual property adjudication, especially three trial integrations, we have to sort out and analyze the key and difficult problems that we are facing. This article focuses on the research about legal thinking of three trial integrations, especially three trial integrations, it put forward specific suggestions and countermeasures and prospect, to unify ideas of trial and judgment standard. This article discusses the theory and approach to promote the relevant legislation in our country. At the same time, this article explores problems in the protection of intellectual property rights in Xuzhou, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of the court. According to the " strengthen protection, in categories, appropriate leniency and sternness " judicial policy that proposed by Supreme Court, we need to combine with the objective requirements of economic development and social progress in the Xuzhou area, in order to continuously improve the ability and level of the enterprise of judicial protection of intellectual property rights in Xuzhou.
