Investigation Report On Protection Of Intellectual Property Rights Of Fork Music In Guangxi

Guangxi folk music has various forms and rich contents,which is the precious wealth of Guangxi and even the whole Chinese nation.With the continuous development of society and the enrichment of people's cultural life,the use,adaptation and performance of folk music are becoming more and more frequent.In order to better inherit and develop Guangxi folk music,it is urgent to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights of Guangxi folk music.This paper takes the protection of intellectual property rights of folk music in Guangxi as the research content,uses social investigation,literature and empirical analysis and other methods to understand the current situation and existing problems of the protection of intellectual property rights of folk music in Guangxi,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.This paper mainly includes four parts:the first part is the composition of the investigation,including the time,place and object of the investigation,the method and content of the investigation;the second part is the investigation of the status quo of the protection of intellectual property rights of folk music in Guangxi,including the importance of the investigation of the status quo of the protection of intellectual property rights of folk music in Guangxi.This part also carries on the result statistics and the brief analysis to the questionnaire survey,understands the protection measures taken by the relevant departments and units to Guangxi folk music;the third part analyses the problems existing in the protection of Guangxi folk music intellectual property rights,including the deficiencies of the system level as well as the people's awareness of intellectual property rights.The fourth part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the protection of intellectual property rights of folk music in Guangxi,including defining the purpose of protection,formulating and perfecting relevant laws and regulations,concretizing the rights of native folk music and derivative works,and strengthening the publicity and education of relevant laws on intellectual property rights.
