Study On The Government Function In The Development Of Photovoltaic Power Generation Industry In Quyang County

With the development of social economy, more consumption of coal, oil and other traditional fossil fuels which generating carbon dioxide and soot, have caused more and more serious environmental pollution. At present, coal, oil and other fossil fuels still occupy the dominant position of China's energy consumption. Failure to adjust energy consumption patterns and structure as early as possible, energy demand will face greater pressure and more serious environmental damage. It will not only hinder national development progress, and may even endanger national security. Solar photovoltaic power generation as a clean way is different from rollercoaster development of photovoltaic industry recently, Chinese photovoltaic industry has been in a rapid growth phase in recent years. As the state policy continued to give strong support for photovoltaic power generation, and the declining cost of photovoltaic power generation, photovoltaic power generation investment earnings have gone up, more and more market players participating.In a case of Quyang County, the government functions of Quyang County for the develpoment of photovoltaic power generation industry have been defined, explaining the necessity of the development of photovoltaic power generation in many ways, such as Quyang county economic development, industrial transformation and upgrading, docking Beijing and Tianjin, tackling poverty, etc. Then the government functions in Quyang photovoltaic power generation industry and the results achieved have been analyzed. Three Gorges Corporation, China Power Investment Group and other central enterprises, famous enterprises have invested in photovoltaic power generation projects in Quyang County. Up to now, Quyang County has 220 megawatts to the grid, 2016 under construction 130 MW.
