To some extent, they guarantee the social stability and they are the market economy in a indispensable main force. However, due to the deficiency of the existing system and the imperfect of the relevant system, the main body position of the city peddlers is not clear, let alone to make specific legal regulation.Based on our country city peddlers' subject status and the social practice of our country, combining the existing academic theory and beneficial practice experience, the author proposed some suitable advices for China's legal regulation of city peddlers, in order to make this group of rights and interests are better able to achieve, to further stabilize the social order.The first part introduced the concept and characteristics of our country city peddlers and the causing reasons, pointing out the main body of this thesis and the main formation background, this makes a good foundation for the next discussion. Because of the legal regulation of the city's mobile traders in our country is still not clear, the rights and interests of the legal protection and the legal regulation of their behavior can not be determined. Therefore, in the second part of the article, the main status of the city's mobile vendors has been defined in the part.
