In the current environment, how to establish effective charity information disclosure system, improve the credibility of the charity has become an important issue.This paper discusses and studies the China charity information disclosure legislation and practice the status, and charity information public legislation, subject, way,supervision, legal responsibility and relief procedure etc. existing problems, our country currently for charity information disclosure laws and regulations is not perfect,information disclosure of the main body is unitary, lack of standards in a public way, no a set of effective supervision and management mode, the public right to know in a certain extent can not be guaranteed, in violation of the obligations of information disclosure legal liability provisions is not perfect. In view of this, combined with China's national conditions, draw lessons from the United Kingdom to the Charity Commission as the core of the charity information disclosure system, and United States by the regulatory authorities and other relevant organizations in accordance with the procedures and authority to the society published charity related information system, assume from the laws and regulations, system construction, responsibility and relief procedure improvement proposed the establishment and perfection of the China charity information disclosure system is proposed, in order to to charity information disclosure provide legal analysis.
