Study On The Information Disclosure Of Charity Organizations Of China

Recently,charity organizations in China have developed rapidly.Some charity organizations have many problems,which leading a crisis of credibility.In order to solve the crisis of confidence,and to promote the development of philanthropy orderly,it is necessary to establish charity information disclosure system.The first chapter is about general theory of charity information disclosure. First of all, a clear definition of the concept of charity information disclosure, secondly discuss the theoretical basis of charity information disclosure, in the final analyse the necessity of information disclosure.The second chapter is the analysing of charity information disclosure system in China.Through analysing the situation of charity information disclosure,include four pieces of problem about the subjects chaos, there are content not unified, fuzzy and the lack of regulatory system.The third chapter is the investigation of foreign charity information disclosure system. It analyses three countries’ charity information disclosure system form.Through contrasting the characteristics of three system construction, enlighten to build charity information disclosure system in China.The forth chapter is suggestion of perfecting China charity information disclosure system.The article propose four pieces of suggestion that the information disclosure system should be incorporated into legislation,which contains reasonable defining the subject of information disclosure,the reasonable definition of the contents,uniting the procedure of information disclosure and establishing the regulatory form of information disclosure system.
