Aviation airport security work is one of the world's most concerned issues. Although civil airport as an economic entity, it should not give up airport security and only pursue economic. To study criminal law for civil airport security work not only can perfect the situation of domestic legal research lack of airport security but also can be beneficial to the further development of the aviation law. This paper aims at studying and standardizing the Criminal Law on the security of civil aviation airport, hoping to put forward suggestions and measures to improve the prevention and control of illegal disturbing behaviors in the civil aviation airport in the legal level.During the research, such methods as empirical research,comparative research, generalization, summarization and literature research are comprehensively applied. In the first chapter, the concept and characteristics of the security of civil aviation airport, the relations between the security and safety of civil aviation airport, and the scope and category of the Criminal Law on the security of civil aviation airport are elaborated. In the second chapter, theoretical research, literature research and comparative research are applied to expound the regulation of airport security by the International Civil Aviation Security Treaty. In the third chapter, the regulation of illegal disturbing behaviors in the civil aviation airport by the domestic laws is analyzed. In the fourth chapter, suggestions to improve the Criminal Law on the security of civil aviation airport are put forward from the perspective of legislation and judiciary.
