The Preliminary Investigation System of Job-related crimes is an important lawsuit system before criminal accreditation in China, which is established gradually with the development of the work of the People's Procurator ate and is one of the key steps for the People's Procurator ate to accomplish the detection of the Job-related crimes.As we know, it plays a crucial role in detective and investigative the whole cases in Judicial Practice.What's more, it already become a main factor to effect the final result of the cases. More and more problems are arising with the application of this system in theory and in practice, because of the lack of clear doctrines in Criminal Procedure Law of China and of only reflect in Judicial Interpretation. Therefore, a carefully study and deeply discussion about Preliminary Investigation System have a great significance to endure the criminal investigation work smoothly and to further promoting Criminal Procedure Law of China.Firstly, based on the origination and evolution of the Job-related crimes, this paper have a brief discussion about the conceptions and characteristics. By exploring some related doctrines, it shows the specialness and uniqueness of the preparatory investigation of the Job-related crimes. Secondly, through analyzing the realistic meaning to explain its functions and necessity of establishing this system. And then, from the View of Practice, this paper analyzes variety difficulties faced in the Preliminary Investigation System and show its current situation and deficiency. Lastly, in order to present better proposals for the reform of our preliminary system, this paper give some suggestions.Meanwhile, with an aim to the reformation and improvement of the accomplish the detection of the Job-related crimes.
